De Smaakfabriek
De Smaakfabriek is a bistro, this is part of the restored Stroopfabriek with the Fruit Experience Center and Borgloon's tourist reception center.

In our bistro we serve small simple dishes including some specialties based on local syrup. For a drink on our beautiful terrace you are welcome for a regional juice, Limburg beers or a wine from Borgloon.
We are a daytime business. For groups, we also open our doors in the evening. For this, please send an e-mail with your choice of group formula.
Opening hours
During the winter period, De Smaakfabriek will be open only for groups and reservations of at least 10 people on weekdays.
On Saturdays and Sundays, we will be open from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
From March 3rd onwards, we will be open on weekdays again.
If you would like to visit at another time, please send an email to info@smaakfabriek.be and we will look into the possibilities.
