Extra to rent:
• Standing table, nice and white and sleek, no tablecloth needed = 8 euros
• Stool = 3 euros
• Low table = 8 euros
• Chairs (max 50 pieces) = free
• Extra lighting spots in the color you want to light up the wall 8 pieces = 100 euro
Hall rental prices:
• 195 euro on weekdays (Monday to Thursday, if the heating needs to be set up, 30 euro extra)
• 250 euro on Friday and Sunday (if the heating has to be turned on, 30 euro extra)
• 345 Euros on Saturdays (if the heating has to be turned on, 30 Euros are added)
• 90 euros for the cleaning
• 500 euro deposit, payable in cash when you pick up the key, which will be returned if the hall is in the same state as before the rental and when you return the key.
• 50 euro for an extra day of construction or cleaning
Reservation is valid after payment of the invoice on account number BE 11001858515148, this with the mention of the date of the event.
The hall is free of caterer and beverage supplier, there is a tap installation available with 2 couplers, 2 high fridges and there is sufficient power available for a foodtruck (cable needed 35meter)
You can buy the drinks through us (all drinks have to be bought from us), you can ask for the prices, if you provide your own drinks you pay a fixed price of 150 Euros.
If you wish to use the square of Borgloon as a terrace or parking place for a foodtruck...., you have to request this yourself and inform the events department of the city of Borgloon at the following e-mail address: evenementen@borgloon.be; toerisme@borgloon.be

Residents of Borgloon receive a 25% discount on the hall rental price, not on the other prices. This must be indicated in advance and is only valid if you are the organizing and paying customer. For the associations of Borgloon there is a separate rent of 100 euro on weekdays (valid only on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). If the heating needs heating has to be set up, an additional 30 euro is charged)
